We are pleased to confirm that there will be no additional duties for shipping orders from our UK warehouse to countries in the Europe Union, but we have seen some delays in orders arriving due to customs procedures.
We are still offering free returns on all orders, but as returns from Europe will now get consolidated in our European Returns warehouse in Belgium, it can take a bit longer for your return to reach our UK warehouse and thus, a bit longer for your funds to be refunded to your original payment method.
