Joined Dec 9, Messages 24, That's because Hotmail is a web-based e-mail service, and you're not using a local e-mail client.
You'd have to see if you can find some third-party program exists to route e-mail actions to Hotmail. I don't know of any. I use Gmail Notifier for Gmail which processes some of those actions and launches Firefox which opens to Gmail.

And I don't know how you searched but here are the correct names and links.
An e-mail client is a program that gets installed on your computer. You use a client to check an e-mail account. You're still just talking about different web-based e-mail services.
They're programs you download and install. Is there something more defining than what you post? OE was a good one but in Windows 7 it is out. Can Thunderbird be run with IE? Outlook costs. Hope your 4th is a good one but make it a safe one.

A small dialog pops up and asks me which I want to use. I have had my e-mail hotmail. Im nt sure whether imst set it via google bt wht i want is email. Comments violating those rules will be removed.
